FOLPA has created the Pb82-204 a specialised training route to Membership, designed for professionals currently engaged in testing, surveying, removal or procurement of lead paint services within the property industry who seek to expand their knowledge about lead paint. This training pathway is tailored to provide additional insights into lead paint testing and assessment processes, enabling professionals to broaden their understanding in this niche but growing area.

This training course aims to deliver a broader understanding of lead paint implications within the property industry. Modules within the course reading materials are emailed to the applicant to study at their own pace and once complete the applicant can then sit the exam test laid out as 55 Multiple choice questions via our online portal.
